The latest MCP Weekly Flash newsletter has a great reference regarding the re-launch of the video training materials for the Microsoft Certified Master (MCM) on SQL Server certification in the Snack Box format. In analogy to a master degrees obtained from a university, business school or a post-graduate institution, the MCM certifications offer this level of knowledge and recognition to the technical IT professionals world.
The Microsoft’s Master certification program, is oriented to people with great experience implementing solutions in the field and also requires the candidate to pass the MCTIP certifications previously.
The MCM on SQL Server 2008 has the following pre-requisites:
After that you should pass the following exams in order:
1. Exam 88 970: SQL Server 2008 Microsoft Certified Master: Knowledge Exam
2. Exam 88 971: SQL Server 2008 Microsoft Certified Master: Lab Exam
